Signing Up
First, look for your customer number above the mailing address either on the back of any issue of Congressional Digest or any letter we’ve addressed to you:
Follow this link to sign up for access. When prompted, insert this number into the customer number field. Do not include any two letter prefix, like “CD” above.
Fill out the rest of the form and submit it to request online access. Your account will be active within 24 hours.
Signing up for IP Address Access
Once you’ve logged in, you can apply for IP Address Authentication by following this link and submitting your IP ranges.
