The American Council for Capital Formation is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization advocating tax, energy, regulatory, and environmental policies that facilitate saving, investment, economic growth, and job growth. Margo Thorning is also Managing Director of the International Council for Capital Formation, a new think tank incorporated in Brussels. She has served at the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the Federal Trade Commission.
