Marijuana Policy
On May 9, 2014, the House Subcommittee on Over- sight and Government Reform held its third hearing on marijuana policy. While the first two hearings focused on the Obama Administration’s stance on allowing State legalization of marijuana to proceed without Federal interference, the third was on marijuana decriminalization legislation passed by the District of Columbia City Council.
