Amendments to TSCA Minimum Data Set and Testing of Chemical Substances and Mixtures. Requires submission of a minimum data set for all chemical substances, including information on chemical identity, substance characteristics, toxicological properties, hazard, exposure, and use. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) administrator would set out data requirements in a minimum data set rule within one year of enactment.
