EPIC, established in 1994, is a public interest research center in Washington, DC It is a project of the Fund for Constitutional Government, a nonprofit charitable organization founded in 1974 to focus public attention on emerging civil liberties issues and to protect privacy and constitutional rights. In addition to serving as EPIC’s Director, Marc Rotenberg teaches privacy law at Georgetown University Law Center.
