Congressman Duncan, of the Second District of Tennessee, was first elected to the US House of Representatives in 1988. He served as a Tennessee State Trial Judge from 1981 to 1988. He is a member of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and chairs the Aviation Subcommittee within that committee. He also serves on the Resources Committee.
