Boeing recently merged with McDonnell Douglas and Rockwell’s aerospace and defense businesses to create an organization that is the world leader in commercial and defense aviation and space technology. China and Boeing industrial cooperation began in the late 1970s. There are now approximately 2,900 Boeing airplanes flying worldwide that include major parts and assemblies built by China. Mr. Bracy, the newly appointed President of Boeing China, previously served as Director-Business Management and Deputy Vice President for the Asia Pacific Region.
