The following measures were considered on the floor of the House and Senate from May through September 2003. Both Houses were out of session during August. Taiwan WHO Participation On May 1, the Senate passed S. 243, concerning participation of Taiwan in the World Health Organization. The House passed the bill on May 14, and the President signed it into law on May 29, as P.L. 108-28.
