Gregory Sidak’s teaching and research concern antitrust law, the regulation of telecommunications and other network industries, and constitutional issues regarding economic regulation. He is the founding U.S. Editor of the Journal of Competition Law & Economics. He served as Deputy General Counsel of the Federal Communications Commission from 1987 to 1989 and as Senior Counsel and Economist to the Council of Economic Advisers in the Executive Office of the President from 1986 to 1987.
