Rick Tolman, Chief Executive Officer
NCGA, founded in 1957, is a national organization representing approximately 33,000 dues-paying corn growers and the interests of more than 300,000 farmers who contribute through corn check-off programs in their States. NCGA and its 48 affiliated State associations and check-off organizations work together to help protect and advance the corn producers’ interests. Rick Tolman was previously Executive Director for the U.S. Grains Council. He also served as Marketing Planning Manager for the Advanced Harvesting Systems Group at International Harvester Company.
