John J. Gallagher, Counsel of Record The Air Transport Association of America is an organization of 23 U.S. certificated air carriers. ATAA’s members account for more than 97 percent of the domestic passenger and cargo traffic flown annually by U.S. carriers and employ over half a million people, including over 50,000 pilots. Mr. Gallagher is a partner in the Employment Law Department of the law firm Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, where he has been lead counsel in more than 100 cases before Federal courts.
