Status of Important Cases Before the Highest Tribunal for the October 2003 Term
The following pages provide the status of additional key cases granted certiorari by the Supreme Court for consideration during the October 2003 term (October 6, 2003, through October 3, 2004), as of August 11, 2004. Although the Court term officially runs for a full year, the Court has not been in formal session since June 29, when it handed down its decisions in the remaining cases in which it had already heard oral arguments.
