Deborah Goldberg, Counsel of RecordThe Brennan Center for Justice at New York University, founded in 1995 by the late Supreme Court Justice William Brennan, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring inclusive and effective democracy. Deborah Goldberg is director of the Brennan Center’s Democracy Program. She received her law degree from Harvard University in 1987 and clerked for Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer.
