Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibitsdiscrimination “against any individual with respectto his compensation … because of such individual’s race, color, religion,sex, or national origin. The law, however, does not give employees unlimitedtime to file charges against employers they believe are discriminating.
