Citizens Against Government Waste (CAGW) is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization founded in 1984 with the mission to eliminate government waste and mismanagement through public education programs. Deborah Collier joined CAGW in 2011 and works on issues related to cloud computing, data privacy, broadband spectrum allocations, network neutrality and more. The following is from the December 2019 coalition letter to the FCC in support of the commission’s regulatory work to expand spectrum availability, namely in the L-band spectrum.
