President Trump's Race to Achieve Global Dominance in AI
On July 23, 2025, the White House released “Winning the Race: America’s AI Action Plan,” in accordance with President Trump’s January 2025 Executive Order “Removing Barriers to American Leadership in AI.” The Plan identifies over 90 federal policy actions across three pillars: accelerating innovation, building American AI infrastructure and leading in international diplomacy and security.
