Congress Introduces Legislation on AI Challenges and Opportunities
In July 2025, the Trump Administration published “Winning the Race: America’s AI Action Plan.” Since the publication of the Action Plan, Congress has introduced a number of bills concerning AI technology and regulation. In September 2025, 13 bills were introduced in the House and Senate by both parties. Some of the introduced bills include: H.R. 5466. Rep.
