NPRA is a national trade association with more than 450 members, including virtually all U.S. refiners and petrochemical manufacturers, who supply "building block" chemicals necessary to produce products ranging from plastics to pharmaceuticals, clothing, and computers. Charles Drevna previously served as NPRA’s Executive Vice President and, before that, as Technical Director. Earlier, he served as Manager of Northeast Government Relations for Tosco Corporation, Director of Government and Regulatory Affairs for the Oxygenated Fuels Association, and Manager of Public and Government Affairs for Sunoco.
