The Rural Utilities Service helps rural utilities expand and keep their technology up to date, helping establish new and vital services such as distance learning and telemedicine. John Padalino has served in his current position since September 2012. He was previously Acting Administrator for the USDA Rural Development’s Business-Cooperative Service.
