Representative Lummis, of Wyoming’s at-large congressional district, was first elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2009. She served in the Wyoming House of Representatives from 1979 to 1983 and from 1985 to 1993, in the Wyoming Senate from 1993 to 1995, and as Treasurer of Wyoming from 1999 to 2007. She sits on the Government Reform Committee, where she chairs the Subcommittee on the Interior. She is also Vice Chair of the Natural Resources Committee.
