Representative Hall, of the Third District of Ohio, was first elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1978. He served in the Ohio House of Representatives from 1968 to 1972 and in the Ohio Senate from 1972 to 1978. He is a member of the Committee on Rules and Ranking Minority Member of the Subcommittee on Technology and the House within that committee.
