The following is excerpted from the Amicus Curiae Brief for Petitioners as submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court on January 11, 2016.  Petitioners are religious nonprofits with sincere religious objections to maintaining an insurance relationship or plan through which coverage for contraceptive drugs is delivered.
