Its seven members produce or distribute approximately 90 percent of the filmed entertainment in America. Seth P. Waxman is a partner with the law firm Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering, where he specializes in Supreme Court litigation, appellate practice, criminal law, constitutional law, and administrative law.
