Legislative Efforts to Enact a Digital Assets Regulatory Framework
In July 2025, the U.S. House of Representatives announced “Crypto Week” to highlight congressional efforts to regulate cryptocurrency and ensure the U.S. remains the world’s leader in innovation. During the week, the House considered the GENIUS Act, the CLARITY Act, and the Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act.
