Harry Wingo
Veteran from Washington, D.C., Professor, National Defense University
Harry Wingo is a third-generation military veteran and a resident of the District of Columbia. He is currently a professor at the National Defense University, where he teaches cybersecurity studies. Prior to his teaching career, he was president and CEO of the D.C. Chamber of Commerce. He has also held various policy positions in both the public and private sector, having worked at Google, the Senate Committee on Science, Commerce and Transportation and the Federal Communications Commission.
