Louis M. Bograd, Counsel of Record The ACLU is a nationwide, nonprofit organization of over 300,000 members dedicated to defending the principles of the Bill of Rights. Mr. Bograd is a senior staff attorney in the National Legal Department of the ACLU and has authored numerous amicus curiae briefs.
