Representative Ratcliffe, of the Fourth District of Texas, was first elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2014. He served as Chief of Anti-Terrorism and National Security for the Eastern District of Texas from 2004 to 2007, as U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Texas from 2007 to 2008, and as Mayor of Heath, Texas, from 2004 to 2012.
