James Wooley is a partner in the law firm of Baker & Hostetler. He is also an adjunct professor in criminal procedure at Case Western Reserve University Law School. From 1990 through January 2000, he was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Northern District of Ohio. Prior to that, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
