Earthjustice is a nonprofit public interest law firm dedicated to protecting natural resources and wildlife and to defending the right of all people to a healthy environment. The organization seeks to bring about far-reaching change by enforcing and strengthening environmental laws on behalf of hundreds of organizations and communities. Steve Roady has handled cases under the National Environmental Policy Act, the Magnuson-Stevens Act, the Clean Air Act, and other statutes.
