Lorence, Counsel of RecordOn April 2, 1996, three University of Wisconsin law students filed suit alleging that their school’s mandatory activities fees unconstitutionally forced them to fund organizations they found politically offensive. Due to the graduation of some of the students, the individuals involved in the lawsuit have changed over time. The current Respondents are Wisconsin students Scott H. Southworth, Amy Schoepke, Keith Bannach, Rebecka Vander Werf, Rebecca Bretz, Kendra Fry, and Jamie Fletcher. Jordan W.
