Employees Cannot Sue for Salary Discrimination Outside Title VII’s Charge-Filing Period

This case calls upon us toapply established precedent in a slightly different context. We have previouslyheld that the time for filing a charge of employment discrimination with theEqual Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) begins when the discriminatoryact occurs.
