The Center for Global Food Issues is a project of the Hudson Institute, a public policy research organization founded in 1961 that forecasts trends and develops solutions for governments, businesses, and the public. The Center for Global Food Issues conducts research and analysis of agriculture and environmental concerns surrounding food and fiber production. Dennis T. Avery joined the Hudson Institute in 1989.
