Ambassador Mutsuyoshi Nishimura
Japan is an Annex I Party to the Kyoto Protocol, having ratified the accord on June 4, 2002. Japan hosted negotiations that led to the Kyoto Protocol in December 1997. Mutsuyoshi Nishimura is Japan’s Ambassador for Global Environment.
