Leipzig Declaration

The Leipzig Declaration on Global Climate is the product of a 1995 conference in Leipzig, Germany, hosted by SEPP and the European Academy for Environmental Affairs. The Declaration was updated at a 1997 conference in Bonn, Germany. Written by SEPP President Fred Singer, the Leipzig Declaration has been signed by 105 climate scientists from around the world.
