Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.) has introduced a bill to abolish the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and all its functions. OSHA, which is part of the Department of Labor, was created in 1971 to set and enforce workplace safety and health standards and provide related training, outreach, education and assistance.
