Mark Lomax, Executive Director
Since 1983, the NTOA has served as a not-for-profit association representing law enforcement professionals in special operations assignments in local, State, and Federal law enforcement agencies. Its mission is to enhance the performance and professional status of law enforcement personnel by providing a credible and proven training resource, as well as a forum for the development of tactics and information exchange. Mark Lomax served as Training Manager for the International Association of Chiefs of Police. Before that, he retired as a major after serving for 27 years with the Pennsylvania State Police.
