John Wesley Hall, Counsel of RecordNORML was organized in 1970 and lobbies for the rights of individuals who use marijuana "responsibly." The group has over 5,000 financial supporters and 18,000 volunteer activists. NACDL is a bar organization for criminal defense lawyers with over 38,000 direct and affiliated members. Founded in 1958, its goal is to ensure justice and due process for those accused of crimes. John Wesley Hall runs a private law practice in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he specializes primarily in criminal law. He received his law degree from the University of Arkansas in 1973.
