The UMWA is a union with a diverse membership that includes coal miners, clean coal technicians, health care workers, truck drivers, manufacturing workers, and public employees throughout the United States and Canada. Dennis O’Dell has held his current position with the UMWA since 2005. From 1994 to 2004, he served as the organization’s International Health and Safety Representative.
