Montgomery, Counsel of Record On September 26, 2005, Police Investigator Joseph DiCostanzo was called to a middle school in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, to investigate reports that one of the students there, 13-year-old seventh-grader J.D.B. (identified by his initials because he is a minor), was in possession of a camera that was reported stolen from one of two nearby homes that had been broken into over the weekend.
