James W. Hundley, Counsel of RecordCharles Thomas Dickerson was interrogated by FBI agents at a Washington, D.C., field office in connection with an armed robbery that occurred on January 24, 1997. During questioning, Dickerson gave the FBI agents reason to believe that he was an accomplice to a bank robbery. It is unclear, however, whether Dickerson was properly informed of his Miranda rights to remain silent and have an attorney present prior to his interrogation.
