NOIA is the only national trade association representing all segments of the ocean industries with an interest in the exploration and production of hydrocarbon resources on the Nation’s Outer Continental Shelf. NOIA’s membership includes more than 300 companies engaged in business activities ranging from producing, drilling, engineering, marine and air transport, offshore construction, equipment manufacture and supply, and telecommunications, as well as finance and insurance.
