The West Coast Seafood Processors Association is a nonprofit trade association based in Portland, Oregon, that represents on-shore seafood processors and associated businesses in Washington, Oregon, and California. Prior to his current position, Rod Moore spent 18 years on the staff of the U.S. House of Representatives handling fisheries, wildlife, and oceans issues. He also worked for several private firms and the Alaska Department of Fish and Game. He chairs the Pacific Fishery Management Council’s Groundfish Azdvisory Panel and is a member and former chairman of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Marine Fisheries Advisory Committee.
