Katherine M. Hanna, Counsel of Record John H. Lynch has served as governor of New Hampshire since January 6, 2005. Lynch, a Democrat, is pro-choice and campaigned against the New Hampshire parental notification law. Katherine M. Hanna is legal counsel in the Office of the Governor of the State of New Hampshire.
