Climate Change Report
On November 3, 13 Federal agencies released the irClimate Science Special Report (CSSR), part of the the fourth National Climate Assessment — a quadrennial report on the science of climate change — that will be completed in 2018. The CSSR is a congressionally mandated report that is intended to be the authoritative assesssment of the science of climate change, with a focus on the United States. The report concludes that “human-induced” climate change will accelerate significantly if global emissions of heat-trapping gases continue to increase.
