Senator Sullivan was elected to the U.S. Senate in 2014. He served as Alaska’s Assistant Secretary of State for Economic and Business Affairs from 2006 to 2009, as Alaska’s Attorney General from 2009 to 2010, and as Commissioner of the Alaska Department of Natural Resources from 2010 to 2013.
