Recent Action by Congress Proposals to End U.S. Involvement
The War Powers Act, which concerns military intervention in foreign countries, perennially comes up in Congress. This time, it’s because of the civil war in Yemen, paired with the murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi in October 2018.
