Artificial Intelligence Technology
On February 11, President Trump signed an Executive Order directing Federal agencies to promote the development of artificial intelligence technology called the “American AI Initiative.” The initiative seeks to increase access to Federal data by the AI industry, provide financial support for research and development, and improve workforce development through faster broadband, more mobile networks, and faster computers. Government agencies would start setting standards for AI development in the private sector.
