The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) serves the U.S. president by helping to oversee and manage the implementation of administration policy across the executive branch. The OMB is responsible for the development and execution of the federal budget; oversight of federal agencies; coordination and review of regulatory policy; legislative clearance; and issuance of executive orders.
