Requirements of the State Legislation

Certain voters must present photo identification before voting. The photo identification must:             • bea document issued by the United States or the State of Indiana;             •show the name of the voter, which must conform to the name on the voter’sregistration record;             •contain a photograph of the voter; and             • include an expiration date showing that the photo identification has not expired or that the photo identification expired after the date of the most recent general election.             The photo identification requirement applies to a person who votes:             • inperson at the polls on Election Day;…
