Taylor, and Sandra Taylor were arrested on the morning of July 23, 2000, for disorderly conduct, intoxication, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Their arrests were made by Brigham City, Utah, police officers, who entered a home after responding to a noise complaint. The officers initially had entered the property after spotting underage drinkers in the back yard.
